Jack Pollard

Chairman & CEO

Jack Pollard is an enrolled member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes of Covelo, California, and brings a deep commitment and extensive experience in community service. With 17 years of law enforcement experience — including 13 years as a Correctional Deputy with the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office — he has dedicated much of his career to public safety and community engagement. Over the past 15 years, he has also been actively involved in numerous nonprofit organizations and community projects, working to strengthen connections and promote positive change.


DR. israel nunez

Treasurer

Israel is a passionate advocate for community impact, wellness, and environmental stewardship. He holds a Doctor of Naturopathy degree and a teaching credential. He is the owner of a fitness gym where he promotes wellness, empowerment, and healthy living


TATIANA Becerra

Member at Large

Tatiana is Southern Pomo and Coast Miwok and a member of the Cloverdale Band of Pomo Indians, a mother, and a community builder rooted in Sonoma County. She has a degree in biochemistry from Cal Poly San Louis Obispo and a strong understanding of business marketing.


ursula Swan

Member-at-Large

Ursula Swan is a lineal descendant and Tribal member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes in Covelo, CA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, a Human Resource Management (HRM) Certificate, a Tribal Human Resource Professional (THRP) Certification, and is a certified Respite Caretaker. Known for her strong business, human resources, and administrative analytics, leadership, and dedication to supporting diverse communities, Ursula brings extensive experience in nonprofit governance and board dynamics, having served on and supported boards throughout her career. 

 In addition to supporting her husband’s business for the past decade, Ursula spent ten years as a member of a women’s group in Cloverdale, twelve years as Secretary/Treasurer for a youth sports organization in Healdsburg, and two years as Board Secretary for a youth sports organization in the North Bay—all while working full-time. Her long-standing volunteer work reflects her commitment to youth empowerment and community growth. Across every role, Ursula remains focused on strengthening community pathways, expanding access to resources, and creating opportunities for future generations.
